Robert Half is seeking a Data Entry Specialist to join our client in NW Portland, Oregon on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including data entry, file organization, and administrative duties as required. This position is fully on-site and parking is provided.

Responsibilities:

• Perform meticulous data entry for various files

• Ensure all data entered is accurate and up to date

• Use your skills in typing and performing calculations effectively

• Organize and file documents in an efficient manner

• Provide welcoming assistance to visitors as required

• Process payroll data accurately and efficiently

• Execute additional administrative duties as directed

• Maintain strong organizational skills and adapt to new information quickly

  Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with high volume data entry and management

• Exceptional data entry skills, with attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to organize and manage files efficiently

• Capable of performing calculations and data analysis

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Access

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Willingness to learn new systems and processes
