The Firmwide Generative AI Team at Morgan Stanley is a dynamic and innovative department that serves as a center of AI enablement for the firm. The team is responsible for deploying advanced systems that utilize generative artificial intelligence to optimize business processes. The team oversees governance and control measures to ensure the ethical and responsible use of AI technologies. The team is committed to fostering a culture of continuous learning and providing education on AI technologies to other departments within the company.

The Executive Assistant will provide efficient and effective executive support to 3 Managing Directors or Executive Directors in the Wealth Management Analytics & Data team, in areas such as calendar management, expense management, and travel arrangements. The role requires an Executive Assistant that possesses structure, attention to detail, quality focus, enthusiasm and flexibility in a high-paced work environment. In this role you will need to work well in a team environment, be able to represent the manager/group with professional courtesy and acumen and deliver flawless work output. Your daily routine also includes interaction with various executive level internal contacts across the lines of businesses. The Executive Assistant would be a team player and would contribute to the smooth and collaborative functioning of the overall department.

Responsibilities:

-Manage calendars and coordinate logistics for internal, external events and team meetings team, including attendees, materials and communications

-Schedule travel and process expense reports

-Assist with various meeting preparation, including scheduling, room booking, ordering catering as needed

-Process new hire onboarding for office, including processing technology requests, coordinating with Human Resources and other partners

-Actively engage in available training and education programs to maintain current status on policies, procedures and risk awareness

-Ordering supplies for office

-Assisting with planning events as needed, including team social events, recruiting events

-Facilitate and/or conduct ad hoc projects, trainings, and events for the team as necessary

-Administer other duties as delegated by the team

-3 years of experience working as an executive assistant in a corporate environment

-Detail orientated with superior organizational skills

-Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)

-Effective communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal)

-Strong time management skills

-Team player with the ability to collaborate with others

-Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment

-Adaptable and ability to multitask

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $60,000 and $105,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
