Duties include: sweeping parking log, keep grass and landscaping clean and free of trash, organize, sweep and mop chemical room, set up and break down dish machine, de-lime and clean the dish machine, sort and scrape plates to place in proper racks, pre-rinse and push through conveyor machine, keep all dish shelves and utensil caddies clean, keep paper towel and soap dispensers stocked and cleaned, clean and oil skillets, stock the grill and expo line with clean dishes. Other duties as assigned. Must wear a clean uniform, hat and slip resistant shoes to work everyday.
