The Inside Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in leading and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the inside sales team. Responsible for ensuring the team meets and exceeds sales objectives, they maintain and reinforce the corporate sales strategy, while providing clear leadership and communication across the department. By developing and refining sales processes, the Inside Sales Manager maximizes team efficiency and effectiveness, managing a medium-sized customer base to sustain high levels of satisfaction. The successful candidate will possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, proficiency in relevant software, and excellent communication skills. Supervisory experience and the ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment are essential. salary: $95,000 - $100,000 per year

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the day-to-day operations of the inside sales team.

  • Oversee the inside sales department to ensure surpassing of sales targets by team members.

  • Uphold and strengthen the corporate sales strategy within the Inside Sales Team.

  • Deliver comprehensive leadership and communication to the team, covering ongoing prospects, competitor insights, and customer feedback.

  • Innovate and refine internal sales processes to optimize team productivity and impact.

  • Manage a substantial customer portfolio.

  • Uphold and elevate the standard of customer service and satisfaction throughout all sales transactions.

  • Evaluate and realign inside sales territories as needed.

  • Authorize credits, charges, and unique shipping arrangements.

  • Formulate and execute strategic objectives aligned with corporate goals.

  • Conduct interviews, recruitment, and training for new staff members.

  • Furnish sales reports and insights to the executive management team.

  • Coordinate, supervise, or oversee maintenance tasks performed by technicians, vendors, and contractors, encompassing building upkeep, landscaping, and janitorial duties.

  • Demonstrate requisite behavioral competencies and skills to achieve company-wide objectives.

  • Foster a collaborative, team-centric environment across all functional departments within EFC.
