The Planner II for the Montana Construction & Facilities Management Office (CFMO) collaborates with and supports the Montana Army National Guard (MTARNG) in developing viable military construction projects to support the mission of the MTARNG. This position will work on the development of construction project documentation from $50,000.00 to $90,000,000.00 by means of analyzing requirements, crafting justifications, ensuring regulatory compliance, and assisting in prioritization. These activities create project documentation that is competed for funding, and once funded, turns the project over to the execution bureaus of the CFMO. Substantial efforts in a number of federal databases in data input, editing data, and analyzing data is required. The Planner II also interprets and applies applicable regulations and other guidance to ensure the project meets all the necessary requirements for funding opportunities.
