Rehabilitation Support Staff opportunity in beautiful Hamilton, Montana!!

Bitterroot Health is seeking candidates to fill a rehabilitation representative position in our Physical Therapy - Corvallis location. The representative acts as a receptionist / scheduler for the clinic while also performing clerical duties. These duties include answering phones, typing forms, filing, logging daily patient work, processing of reports, image data management, greets outpatients, schedules appointments, provides patients with the appropriate examination “prep forms”, participates in quality improvement activities, and assists the physical therapists in completing their duties as directed.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent

• Licensures/Certification/Registrations: Current BCLS (Basic Life Support) certification

• Job Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Knowledge of medical terminology preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to operate most standard office equipment, attention to detail, strong time management skills, discernment and good judgment in sharing information and maintaining confidentiality, and flexibility to adapt to a variety of workload assignments

• Experience: One year clerical experience preferred, but not required

  Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week

Benefits: This position is eligible for the full benefit package and bonus pay as follows:

· Sign-on bonus: $500 paid to employee upon hire

· Retention bonus: $500 paid to employee after 6 months of employment
