Uses screw guns to attach screws into coils or cabinets, lifts coils into drain pans, plugs and charges unit, boxing units, pull box and place on skid using lift device. Must have ability to read and write, lift up to 50 lbs., inspect parts to ensure quality, stand for entire shift - generally 8 hours, work as team member, adhere to company standards and policies, work at a fast pace with many variations of product changes throughout shift. In order to apply, applicants must have either: 1.(a High School diploma/or GED) or 2. 10 GRADE WITH 2-3 years of strong work history. Manufacturing experience is preferred. Anyone who was terminated for cause from the employer or EMI while working for the employer within the last two years is not eligible for employment. 2nd shift work: 4:00 pm -12:00 midnight.
