The Sherwin-Williams Company Global Mapping & Acquisitions Finance Co-Op in Cleveland, Ohio

This is a year round position and would be required to work a minimum of 20 hours per week SUMMARY This Global Mapping & Acquisitions COE intern will primarily assist in the review of suspense accounts and management of our global mapping sets. They will be responsible for scheduling and preparing suspense reports for department review as well as learning the rules and conditions for multiple reporting systems to help map new local strings to the Cloud Chart of Accounts. Additionally, they will collaborate with our global finance teams for assistance in the mappings, along with our Business Process Improvement team to implement new adds or changes to said mapping. They will also assist with any ad-hoc requests or projects, as needed. This can include pulling reports, testing new processes, documenting new processes, etc. Our team will also be working on acquisition related projects so they may assist on those tasks, as they're more defined. POSITION REQUIREMENTS FORMAL EDUCATION: Required: The individual must have a high school diploma and currently pursuing, at a minimum, a Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting Current college student at the junior, senior, or graduate level (Graduation date on or after Spring 2025) Ability to work at least one year, part time (20-25 hours per week), during the school year and over breaks KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE: Required: Clear and concise communication in verbal and written form Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Team-oriented Ability to work independently TECHNICAL/SKILL REQUIREMENTS: Required: Strong Microsoft Office Suite experience Easily adaptable to new technological advancements Sherwin-Williams is proud to be an Affirmative Action, Equal Employment Opportunity, Inclusion and Diversity Supportive Employer.
