Adecco is currently assisting a local client seeking a Full-Time Accountant on-site in Casper, WY. This position will be responsible for performing accounting duties, participating in the monthly closing process, and preparing financial statements. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Enter data into accounting systems and input journal entries.

• Perform account reconciliations and transactional accounting entries.

• Validate data against system reports and ensure adherence to controls and processes.

• Collaborate with operations and vendors/customers to resolve issues.

• Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.

• Handle mail and scanning tasks.

Supervisory Duties and Responsibilities:

This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications:

• A college degree in accounting or relevant work experience.

• Ability to read financial documents and correspond professionally.

• Proficiency in financial calculations and following instructions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the oil and gas industry.

• Familiarity with Oracle software.

Computer Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

• Experience with Oracle is preferred.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, with occasional overtime. Starting salary is $25-$35hr DOE

Pay Details: $25.00 to $35.00 per hour
