IMEDIATLY HIRING FOR A CONSTRUCTION SITE SUPERINTENDENT

LOCATION: ASHEVILLE, NC AND SURROUNDING AREAS

WEEKLY PAY:$35-$40 PER HOUR

Job Description :

• Seeking an experienced Civil Site Superintendent

• Experienced with Concrete forming and Pouring

• Experienced managing several crews on multiple job sites

Responsibilities:

• Supervise construction crews at up to 6 different sites.

• Coordinate and schedule crews for breaking up and replacing concrete parking lots.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations.

• Oversee the painting of parking lines and handicap parking spots.

• Communicate with project managers, subcontractors, and

clients.

• Manage project timelines and budgets.

• Resolve conflicts that arise on site.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction supervision.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple sites efficiently.

• Knowledge of concrete removal and replacement processes.

• Familiarity with painting parking lines and handicap parking spots.

• Understanding of safety regulations and best practices.

• Valid driver’s license.
