This highly busy and exciting role involves education, sales and service to new and existing patients of sleep apnea, you will also be required to promote our services to local doctors and sleep professionals whilst providing the best customer service as possible.

Reporting directly into the Operations Manager this role will be rewarding, challenging and a new start to your career, based in our Miranda Clinic

To succeed in this role, you will have the following capability and qualification profile coupled with the motivation to be trained to become a CPAP/Sleep Specialist:

• Previous experience in a busy, multi-tasking retail and/or sales role.

• Intelligent and driven with the capacity to thrive under pressure, deal with ambiguity and make positive use of the opportunity it presents.

• Empathetic, with a focus on the best outcome for the individual, whilst setting high standard for quality and customer care.

• Possess strong verbal and oral communication skills, with the capacity to respond quickly to the needs of the customer and their reactions with positive solutions.

• An effective listener with the ability to think in an agile manner to find solutions to customer concerns and issues.

• Interest and level of understanding of medical sales
